This state-of-the-art facility is designed to accommodate over 2,000 racked frozen pallets, equivalent to approximately 700,000 cartons of ice cream. Equipped with the latest technology, the warehouse offers advanced refrigerated pick-up and delivery services throughout the Sunshine Coast.
The project features a fully insulated cold storage warehouse, standing 12 meters high and constructed using a steel portal frame and roof. The design includes multiple slab foundations to support both insulation and heavy storage loads.
SCG Engineers provided the structural and civil engineering services for this project, ensuring robust and efficient design to meet the facility's demanding operational requirements.
