This project involved the construction of a steel-framed commercial shopping facility comprising 12 tenancies on a low-lying, flood-prone site in Tewantin. As part of the "Hilton Shops" retail development, which is strategically located on the main road connecting Noosaville to the Tewantin CBD, the project demanded careful attention to site-specific challenges.
The development also included the design and construction of flexible and rigid pavements for car parking, as well as bio-retention basins for water quality treatment, ensuring both functionality and environmental responsibility.
