The JURA development in Noosaville will feature a collection of thoughtfully designed apartments and townhouses on a spacious 6000m² site. Located just a short distance from Noosa’s Main Street and the Noosa River, JURA offers a private sanctuary with a choice of 2 or 3-bedroom townhomes and residences, each boasting open-plan living areas that seamlessly blend into the dining and kitchen spaces.
The design of JURA prioritizes creating a sense of space, light, and airiness, capturing the essence of the Noosa surroundings. With courtyards, balconies, and meticulously crafted interiors, the development embodies the relaxed coastal lifestyle that Noosa is known for.
As the lead civil engineer on this project, SCG Engineers prepared the technical design documents for site-specific elements, including earthworks, internal roadways, and stormwater management, addressing both quality and quantity requirements.
