Located near the Beerwah railway station, this project is designed to address the Sunshine Coast’s housing affordability crisis by offering affordable rental units to the community. Peregian Beach-based Altum Property Group is leading the development, which includes 58 architecturally designed units across three towers, strategically designed to minimize bulk. The complex will also feature amenities such as a pool and barbecue area.
As a build-to-rent project, Altum will oversee construction, leasing, and body corporate management, providing locals with the opportunity to rent brand-new apartments at an affordable price.
