The form is designed to open and close as needed, ensuring a free flow of ventilation throughout the home, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. Architect Tim Ditchfield’s deliberate restraint creates a calming sense of composure from the moment you enter, extending through every space.

The residence features an impressive façade, with bold brise-soleil elements providing strong street presence, complemented by linear travertine cladding. A white granite driveway leads to the courtyard entrance, where olive trees and manicured zoysia grass enhance the front garden.

Inside, a dramatic lofty pitched foyer immediately sets a sunny tone, blending Brazilian modernism and mid-century architecture into its design.
