Gympie Social Housing Development

We are proud to have provided the civil engineering services for the development of 25 new social homes in Gympie, contributing to the State Government's Homes for Queenslanders initiative.

This project includes 11 two-bedroom factory-built modular homes at one location and 10 one-bedroom units along with four two-bedroom units at another. The development is nearing completion, with the first 14 homes ready for occupancy and the remaining 11 homes receiving their final touches.

As the first residents prepare to move in over the coming weeks, this project represents a significant step toward meeting the State Government's target of delivering 53,500 social homes by 2046.
