Since 2015, he has specialised in residential, commercial, and industrial developments and is a practicing RPEQ, CPEng, and RPEV, committed to excellence in engineering.

With over 14 years of experience in structural and civil design, and as an RPEQ, Ben leads design and documentation efforts, conducts site inspections, prepares fee proposals, and mentors other engineers.
